Eligibility to raise a Return/ Replacement Request:

 

  • If the request is raised within 48 hours of receiving your product.
  • If you have received a damaged product. (We ensure that optimum protective packaging is used for all our shipments, but in rare cases products may get damaged in transit.)
  • If the product you received doesn’t match with the one you choose in your order in terms of size or design.

 

Eligibility for the return/ replacement:

 

  • The product must be unused and in the very condition (unopened/unused without damage and with all the tags intact) that you received it.

 

Procedure for Returns/ replacement:

 

  • Drop us a mail at …………….……………, with your Order Number and the photo of the item received within 48 hours of receiving your product. We will respond to your email within 1-2 working days.
  • If you get a response from us accepting your return request, you will have to send back to us in its original packaging in an unused condition within 15 working days, at the following address:

  • We will check and have the product replaced or refund your money whichever is preferred. 
  • If you choose a refund, the refund will be processed in 5 working days and the complete amount will be reflected in your account in 7-10 business days from the refund processed date.
  • Please make sure that the returned product is packed well to avoid any damages in transit. The product should be returned in its original state for the refund/code to be processed.
  • No refund will be made for the courier charges incurred by you to send us back the product. Also, shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

 

Cancellation:

 

  • Please drop us a mail at ………………. for cancellation request of your order, if the product has not been shipped yet.
  • Only the orders which are not shipped from our warehouse are eligible for cancellation.
  • The products once shipped cannot be cancelled and we will not consider cancellation requests.
  • If a cancellation request comes up before the product leaves our order-processing centre, we will try to hold the shipment but there is no guarantee that the cancellation request will be honoured.

 

Refund for cancelled order:

 

  • If the payments were done by UPI/credit/ debit card or net-banking, the amount will be refunded to your banking account. Typically, refunds are processed between 7- 12 working days.
